Account deletion

Effective date: 2026-06-21

You can delete your Tappr account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Delete in the Tappr app

1. Open the Tappr app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete now.

After confirmation, your profile, photos, chats, and tap history are removed. You will be signed out automatically.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile information
• Profile photos stored with Tappr
• Chats and messages associated with your account
• Tap history linked to your account

Deletion cannot be undone. If you claimed physical Tappr cards, card records may be updated so the card is no longer linked to your profile.
