Tappr collects limited account and interaction information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Information you provide through contact forms and other product or card enquiries is stored in Firebase Firestore and used only to operate and improve Tappr.

We retain data for as long as necessary for product and safety operations. You can request deletion or data access by contacting legal@tappr.uk.

Cookies and advertising technology

This website may use Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, Inc. advertising technology (the Meta Pixel) and Microsoft Clarity only after you actively Accept advertising cookies. Continued browsing is not treated as consent. If you Reject, or until you choose Accept, these tools are not loaded and do not set cookies or send events from this site.

When you Accept, Meta may receive information about your use of this website so that we can:

• measure advertising performance;
• understand visits and App Store / Google Play store-link clicks;
• support campaign attribution for Tappr paid social campaigns.

Store-link events record only non-sensitive details such as which store was opened, the page path, and a placement label. Contact-form fields, names, emails, messages, account identifiers and profile data from this website are not sent through the Meta Pixel.

When you Accept, Microsoft Clarity may also load. Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings so we can understand how visitors use this website. Clarity is operated by Microsoft and may set cookies and collect usage data under Microsoft's terms.

Website Pixel measurement is separate from mobile app install attribution. This policy does not claim that app install attribution is active unless that has been confirmed separately.

You can change or withdraw advertising consent at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer (or from the cookie banner). After you Reject, Tappr will not load the Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity, or send further events from those tools on this site.
